Focus was on Africa, that we be mindful that there are many tribes,villages and towns in Africa without a single witness - either in person or from the Bible in their language.

We at Springvale believe that Christian education is important and that parents are responsible for the education their children receive. However, in today's society, a Christian education is not always easy to afford.
The members of Springvale Baptist Church have been burdened for the education of our community's children, and this is the solution that the Lord has provided: Christian school with low tuition.
Destanie Cousino will be the teacher this fall at Springvale Christian Academy.
She earned her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership 2018
and her Undergraduate Degree in Elementary Education 2014.
Destanie has been teaching at various elementary levels for 5 years.
Destanie's story:
When I started on my journey, I never dreamed that the Lord would ask me to start a Christian school.
God placed a burden in my heart for children from the time I was a child myself. At 9 years old, I received Christ as my Savior and almost immediately began volunteering in nursery, Sunday School and Junior Church. It was during Vacation Bible School in my senior year when God revealed to me that He wanted me to become a teacher. I recognized the importance of training children according to Biblical principles as well as challenging them academically. My desire would be that you would allow me to help train your children to become men and women of God who can be greatly used by Him.
